  • On March 14th, Fujian Sannong New Materials Co., Ltd. announced the environmental protection acceptance of the completion of the 1500t/a fluorine fine chemical and 10000t/a hexafluoropropylene unit expansion and renovation project, with a total investment of 105 million RMB. The site is located in the original factory area of the Huangsha New Materials Circular Economy Industrial Park in Sanming City.     

  • Jiwei Nano (Fujian) New Materials Technology Co, On March 14th, the environmental impact report of the construction project of 5000 tons of fluorine-containing nano new materials and by-products per year was announced, with a total investment of 550 million RMB. The project is located in the Jikou Circular Economy Industrial Park in Sanming, Fujian Province.     

  • Haohua Chemical Science&Technology Corp., Ltd. announced on March 15th that the company plans to issue shares to Sinochem Group to purchase its 52.81% stake in Sinochem Lantian, and to issue shares to Sinochem Asset to purchase its 47.19% stake in Sinochem Lantian; At the same time, the company plans to raise matching funds through non-public offering of shares to no more than 35 eligible specific investors, including foreign trade trust and Sinochem Capital venture capital.

  • E. Redox Chemicals Co., Ltd. announced on March 19th that the Environmental Impact Assessment Report (Draft for Review) for the annual production of 60000 tons of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride, 32000 tons of electronic grade hydrofluoric acid, 5000 tons of electronic grade mixed acid, and 5000 tons of electronic grade fluorinated electrolytes and additives (Phase I and Phase II) will be made public, with a total investment of 1.04794 billion RMB. The project is located in Xuancheng High tech Industrial Development Zone, Anhui Province.  

  • On March 13th, Zhejiang Juhua Co., Ltd. announced on the investor interaction platform that the company has a production capacity of 30 tons/year of perfluorosulfonic acid resin and has decided to implement the first phase of the 500 tons/year perfluorosulfonic acid resin project with a capacity of 250 tons/year.     

  • On March 18th, Zhejiang Juhe New Energy Co., Ltd. (jointly controlled by Zhejiang Juhua Co., Ltd. and Yidao Xinneng Technology (Fujian) Co., Ltd.) was approved for its annual production of 3GW high-efficiency lightweight modules and 24GW solar photovoltaic backboard project.     

  • Chemours, on March 18th, received a notice from the New York Stock Exchange stating that due to a delay in submitting the 2023 Form 10-K annual report to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, it does not comply with the requirements of the New York Stock Exchange Listing Company Handbook.  

  • Jinhua Yonghe Fluorochemical Co., Ltd., on March 12th, disclosed a patent authorization titled: A reaction system and method for continuous preparation of perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether.     

  • Hebi Xinhe Chemical Co., Ltd. is a project with an annual production capacity of 10000 tons of pharmaceutical intermediates and 2000 tons of high-end fluorine-containing fine chemicals, with an investment of 750 million RMB. It is expected to be completed in June this year.     

  • Jiangxi Tengwei New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., on February 26th, launched a production project for adhesives, functional powders, and fluorocarbon coatings with an investment of 450 million RMB.

  • Hubei Trifluoro New Materials Co., Ltd. officially started the first phase of the 5000 ton annual production of new fluorinated fire extinguishing agents and electronic new materials project on January 25th.     

  • On March 20th, Tinci Materials Technology Co., Ltd. announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Chizhou Tianci High tech Materials Co., Ltd., has obtained the High tech Enterprise Certificate, and Chizhou Tianci has been recognized as a high-tech enterprise.  

  • Inner Mongolia Yonghe Fluorine Chemical Co., Ltd., on March 20th, filed a comprehensive utilization project for 8000 t/a vinylidene fluoride, 10000 t/a perfluorohexane, and 60000 t/a waste salt. The total investment is 686.1303 million RMB, and the project is located in the Heishatu Industrial Park in Siziwang Banner, Ulanqab City, Inner Mongolia. It is expected to be completed in November 2026.

  • Inner Mongolia Three Love Rich Marriott Fluorine Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. is collaborating with Shanghai Jiao Tong University and the research institute to jointly establish a fluorine materials joint research and development center, and is developing new PVDF coating materials with the support of the research institute.     

  • On February 3rd, Fujian Huayang New Material Co., Ltd. announced the safety acceptance evaluation report of the 160000 ton/year methane chloride technology renovation project (liquid chlorine packaging) for the comprehensive utilization of high salt wastewater.     

  • Hubei HongRMB Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. announced on March 18th that the company will list its limited shares for circulation on March 20th. HongRMB Pharmaceutical stated that there are a total of 710 shareholders applying for the lifting of restricted shares, with 112 million shares of restricted shares, accounting for 27.94% of the company's total share capital after issuance.     

  • On March 20th, Hubei HongRMB Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. opened with a sharp drop of 15.1%, with a maximum intraday drop of 15.5%, and a sharp drop of 10.55% at the close.
